10K BBP Grow Cohort

The Grow Cohort is the second phase of MBCC's 10,000 Black Business Program. It helps Black business owners in Minnesota who are past the startup stage build stronger sales, marketing, client acquisition, and operations, with cohort-based training and technical assistance alongside peers at the same stage.

Who should join the 10K BBP Grow Cohort?
The Grow Cohort is for owners with an established business who are ready to increase revenue and run more efficiently. If you have customers and a working product or service but need stronger systems for sales, marketing, and operations, this cohort gives you structured training and a network of peers.
Applicants must meet 10K BBP eligibility: at least 51% Black-owned, gross revenue of $1M or less, and based in Minnesota.

What does the Grow Cohort cover?
Grow Cohort training focuses on the four areas growing businesses ask for most: sales, marketing, client acquisition, and operations. Each area is covered through technical assistance and training, so participants leave with practical systems they can use to grow revenue right away.
